Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience in Field Service Management tools and a strong background in the utilities and energy industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Engage with clients to understand and document their business processes. Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for FSM solutions.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with technical teams to design FSM solutions. Assist in configuring and customizing FSM tools. Develop and execute test plans.
- Stakeholder Communication and Management: Serve as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams. Facilitate workshops and meetings. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports.
- Process Improvement and Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance client business processes. Recommend best practices and innovative solutions. Monitor solution performance and suggest enhancements.
- Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for clients. Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) is preferred.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution implementation.
- Hands-on experience with SQL.
- Strong understanding of utility operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Consulting background with experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with GIS integration and mobile workforce management solutions.
