Job Details
Business Analyst Senior in an international environment. The goal is to structure the team, analyze business needs and coordinate with developers to accelerate implementation.
Your role:
- Piloting functional structuring and coordinating the activities of Business Analysts.
- Collecting and analyzing business needs from stakeholders.
- Drafting and validating functional specifications.
- Ensuring transverse communication between business lines and IT, and coaching junior BAs.
- Participating in agile workshops and ceremonies.
- Guaranteeing the quality of deliverables and respect for deadlines.
- Exchanging regularly in English in an international context.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of experience, ideally in an agile context.
- Comfortable with gathering requirements, writing specifications, and has good technical knowledge (backend / API).
- Recognized for your skills in functional management, cross-functional coordination and communication.
- Able to structure the team, coach junior BAs and manage several squads effectively.
- Comfortable in English (regular exchanges in an international environment)
