Full-Time Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

The Senior BI Analyst will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This role focuses on developing, optimizing, and managing internal dashboards and reports that track key business metrics and operational performance. This person will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality insights and data accuracy across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain internal BI dashboards and reports to monitor company KPIs and operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Develop and optimize data models and ETL processes to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting strategic and operational decisions.
• Implement best practices in BI design, data governance, and process automation.
• Support internal initiatives by providing analytical expertise and data visualization capabilities.
• Manage multiple internal BI projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing and delivering internal BI solutions from concept to implementation.
• Proficiency in Power BI (additional experience with Tableau, Qlik, etc. are nice to have) and strong knowledge of SQL for querying and data transformation.
• Strong knowledge of DAX and experience using tools like Tabular Editor and DAX Studio.
• Experience with data modelling (e.g., Kimball) and managing enterprise-level reporting environments.
• Excellent communication skills to translate analytical findings into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation.
• Experience with cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS), large data sets, and internal data governance processes are nice to have.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in business intelligence or related fields.
