About Us: Vida is a virtual, personalized obesity care provider, helping people and the healthcare system get better. We use evidence-based treatment to manage obesity and related conditions.
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join a fast-paced analytics team to inform and drive business strategy through advanced analytics and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and reporting frameworks.
- Perform data analysis including trend analysis, cohort analysis and predictive modeling.
- Build and maintain robust data models ensuring data quality.
- Design, develop and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with analytics engineering teams to optimize data pipelines.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and provide real-time insights to leadership teams.
- Manage cross-functional projects involving data integration and reporting automation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics roles.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
- Advanced SQL proficiency.
- Dashboard development expertise (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong business intelligence skillset.
- Experience with modern data modeling practices (dimensional modeling).
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery preferred).
- Proficiency with data transformation tools (DBT preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and rapid problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling PHI/PII data.
