Full-Time Senior Business Process and Data Consultant

This role directly contributes to developing products, processes, services, and experiences that improve the work environment for ServiceNow employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and performance of Global People functions.
• Analyze processes, identify improvement areas, and implement data-driven solutions.
• Streamline operations, reduce waste, increase capacity, and improve employee experience.
• Focus on process measurement using data analytics and process mining to establish metrics, monitor performance, and quantify improvements.
• Identify and track critical process metrics to ensure changes drive measurable and sustainable improvements.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Kaizen, agentic AI & RPA, and other quality principles.
• Optimize E2E Global People operational processes.
• Lead and mentor project teams.
• Apply advanced Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DFSS).
• Utilize data-driven approaches to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis.
• Develop innovative solutions and implement best practices to streamline processes.
• Partner with Digital Technology to leverage ServiceNow platform and GenAI.
• Establish metrics and control mechanisms.
• Continuously analyze performance data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and reporting.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor Black Belts and Green Belts.
• Provide ongoing training.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Share best practices and success stories.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8+ years leading large-scale process transformation and change initiatives.
• Certification: Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (Master Black Belt preferred).
• Expertise: Process optimization, preferably within high-tech operations-focused industries.
• ServiceNow: Leverage the ServiceNow platform to enhance workflows.
• Global Transformation: Deliver global transformation initiatives with significant impact.
• Lean Six Sigma: Extensive knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Data Analytics: Advanced proficiency in data analytics using Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
• Process Mining: Skilled in using process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, ServiceNow, UiPath Process Mining).
• Process Automation: Proficient in deploying business process automation technologies.
