This role directly contributes to developing products, processes, services, and experiences that improve the work environment for ServiceNow employees. It focuses on enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and performance of Global People functions.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing processes and identifying improvement areas.
- Implementing data-driven solutions to streamline operations, reduce waste, and increase capacity.
- Enhancing the employee experience.
- Utilizing process measurement (data analytics & process mining) to establish metrics and monitor performance.
- Employing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Kaizen, agentic AI & RPA, and core quality principles to refine processes.
- Optimizing E2E Global People operational processes for efficiency, quality, productivity, and employee experience.
- Leading and mentoring project teams to optimize/develop processes supporting initiatives.
- Analyzing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and implementing improvements.
- Conducting root cause analysis to understand performance issues.
- Developing innovative solutions and implementing best practices for process streamlining.
- Partnering with Digital Technology to leverage ServiceNow platform and GenAI for automation, self-service, data analytics, and reporting.
- Optimizing existing HR systems or implementing new technologies.
- Establishing metrics and control mechanisms for process monitoring.
- Developing dashboards and reports for tracking key process performance.
- Presenting findings to leadership.
- Mentoring Black Belts and Green Belts.
- Providing training on Lean Six Sigma.
- Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Sharing best practices and success stories.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in large-scale process transformation.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (Master Black Belt preferred).
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into processes.
- Proven ability to deliver global transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DFSS, etc.).
- Proficient in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Skilled in process mining tools (Celonis, ServiceNow, UiPath).
- Experience with process mapping and modeling.
- Proficient in process automation technologies.
