Our client is a top-tier IT service provider in the German banking industry supporting over 800 cooperative banks with secure, innovative digital solutions. We play a key role in enabling their digital workplace transformation by delivering scalable Citrix-based infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Ensure a robust, high-availability Citrix VDI infrastructure.
- Implement secure remote access solutions meeting strict regulatory requirements.
- Enhance performance and user experience via profile tuning.
- Maintain system stability and enable rapid issue resolution using automation.
- Deliver scalable and secure infrastructure solutions in agile teams.
Qualifications
Must have:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
- Strong knowledge of Citrix Provisioning Services.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Network, and Group Policy.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting.
- Skilled in troubleshooting Citrix environments.
- Experience with user profile management and end-user support best practices.
- Effective communication in German and English. Familiarity in ITIL-based processes.
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with Automic (UC4). Familiarity with SCCM. Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS) for hybrid setups or cloud transitions.
