What you will be doing:

- Lead complex projects and prepare management plans
- Manage project resources and scope
- Mentor and train team members
- Collaborate with customers for solutions
- Contribute to business development
- BS in life sciences with 5+ years' experience in clinical research
- Experience in CNS, Pain, Respiratory, or Immunology preferred
- CRO experience preferred
- Understanding of GCP and ICH guidelines
- Experience in on-site monitoring visits
- Strong communicator
