Full-Time Senior Consultant - Business & IT Consultancy

The Consulting Business Line at Sopra Steria is looking for a Senior Consultant with expertise in Digital Transformation.

Your responsibilities:

• Client engagements
• Ownership of complex assignments
• Manage client relationships
• Business development activities
• Project management, Agile/Scrum facilitation, business and functional analysis, or architectural design on specific projects

You’ll have knowledge and experience of the following:

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of professional experience in consulting.
• Digital Transformation: Proven experience contributing to or leading digital transformation initiatives for clients.
• Areas of Expertise: Demonstrated skills in IT Advisory (Target Operating Models), Project Management, Business/Functional Analysis, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Architectural Design, ESG, or Product Management.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of business processes in Public Sector, Financial Services, or Industry is an asset.
• Certifications: Prince2, TOGAF/Archimate, Leading SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
• Consulting Mindset: Strong ability to build and maintain trustworthy client relationships.
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French, good understanding of the other language, and fluent in English.
