Job Details
As a senior consultant, you’ll drive critical initiatives while working with cutting-edge technologies. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying deliverables, managing workflows, structuring dynamic solutions based on client needs, and crafting communications with stakeholders. Along the way, you’ll support clients and fellow consultants to ensure quality delivery and professional growth.
- Experience: 3-5 years of consulting experience, preferably at a large enterprise-level firm.
- Experience establishing intake forms, scoring framework, and documentation.
- Expertise: Strong expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience supporting an AI initiative from conception to completion.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and support solution definition projects.
- Strong analytical skills, including process improvement, value stream mapping, and business metric management.
- Undergraduate degree in business or technology.
- Experience working in the utilities industry is highly preferred.
