Full-Time Senior Content Creator

As a Senior Content Creator, you'll be at the forefront of building and shaping a brand's voice and content strategy from scratch.

What you'll be doing:

• Craft compelling, strategically driven copy for B2B target audiences.
• Collaborate with a Senior Designer to ensure strong concepts and execution.
• Write high-impact copy for various formats (landing pages, social media, scripts, editorial content, campaign messaging).
• Own the narrative and structure of deck presentations.
• Brainstorm new creative ideas to make the brand stand out.
• Deliver copy with speed, consistency, accuracy, and creative flair.
• Analyze content performance metrics and refine messaging.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

What you need to have:

• 7+ years of marketing copywriting experience, with 3+ years in B2B.
• Experience with A/B testing tools.
• Strong understanding of behavioral psychology and persuasion techniques.
• Ability to analyze metrics and refine messaging.
• Proficiency in AI-powered writing tools.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

Bonus points:

• Experience in healthcare or SaaS content marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools.
• Understanding of behavioral psychology and persuasive writing.
• Background in UX writing.
• Interest in AI-assisted content creation.
