Full-Time Senior Content Manager

About the RoleWe seek an experienced Senior Content Manager to lead content strategy, production, and execution.

What You'll Do

• Oversee content projects, managing in-house and external resources.
• Create content specifications and manage production of various content types.
• Collaborate with teams to understand needs, develop supporting content, and ensure alignment.
• Assign, schedule, write, edit, proofread, review, publish, and optimize content for brand consistency and SEO.
• Manage and audit content databases, developing new ones as needed.
• Track content performance, reporting insights for improvement.
• Resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
• Develop internal resources for training, quality assurance, and project management.
• Handle administrative functions like network communication, invoice management, and contract negotiations.
• Manage monthly contractor expenses.

What We Are Looking For

• 6-8+ years experience in content management and creation, with 2+ years in management.
• Expertise in written content, content production, and project management.
• Understanding of content formats (webpages, ebooks, social media, email) and user intent.
• Adaptable, agile mindset.
• Strong communication, collaboration, coordination skills.
• SEO experience with Google Analytics and Semrush.
• Publishing experience in HTML, WordPress, and/or Shopify.
