We're looking for a proven Senior Content Marketing Manager who gets excited about big goals and knows how to transform educational content into growth engines. We have an incredible product story, passionate customers, and a wealth of product experience data.
About the Role
- Own Appcues’ content production engine, ensuring content milestones are delivered on schedule and with exceptional quality.
- Align content priorities with customer needs and business objectives, working with product marketing, product, sales, and CX.
- Lead the content atomization process – turning big ideas into high-impact touchpoints across channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, blog, email, etc.).
- Build and execute distribution strategies to maximize content reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Measure and report on content performance metrics, constantly optimizing for engagement and conversion.
- Coach and develop junior content team members and freelance contributors.
About You
- Strategically-minded and tactically brilliant, turning complex product concepts into compelling content narratives.
- Managed end-to-end content programs at SaaS startups for at least 5 years.
- Experienced in SEO, understanding that old playbooks don’t work anymore.
- Familiar with sales-led and product-led growth models.
- Able to build content calendars and manage complex production workflows across stakeholders.
- Understand technical concepts and translate functionality into benefit-focused messaging.
- An AI innovator, incorporating AI tools into your workflow.
- Self-directed and relentlessly curious, asking "why?" and "what if?"
- Possessing a sense of humor.
