Full-Time Senior Content Operations Specialist

At Sanity.io, we're changing how forward-thinking companies create digital experiences. Our content operating system replaces legacy CMS solutions with a flexible platform giving engineers complete control. We're growing our Customer Solutions team and seeking a Senior Content Operations Specialist to advise our customers.

Role responsibilities include:

• Consult and advise customers on content strategy, operational design, and implementation.
• Design scalable content operations strategies.
• Translate business needs into structured content systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineers, and Product teams.
• Conduct workshops and support customers in adopting best practices.
• Champion operational excellence and help customers maximize Sanity's potential.

Skills and Experience Required:

• 5+ years experience in content operations, digital content strategy, or content systems consulting.
• Experience designing and optimizing content workflows and processes.
• Knowledge of modern content platforms, structured content, and component-based architecture.
• Experience with CMSs, DAMs, and headless architectures (Sanity experience a plus).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• Client-facing and consultative experience.
