Full-Time Senior Content Specialist

Homeward Health is seeking a talented Senior Content Specialist and copywriter to own and lead our messaging, primarily for our member audience.

This role will play a key role in developing impactful campaigns for multiple audiences, including members, providers, health plans, and corporate partners.

You will contribute to writing diverse marketing materials, and shape creative strategy across various marketing channels.

• Partner with the Creative Director to develop and drive creative strategies.
• Develop content for various media channels (direct mail, digital, print, scriptwriting, emails, SMS, flyers, brochures, social media, website, landing pages).
• Create content showcasing Homeward's value in a simple yet comprehensive way.
• Lead engagement growth with consistent messaging across all channels; driving measurable increases in website visits, open rates, click-throughs, calls, and conversions.
• Develop engaging creative strategies based on in-depth understanding of target member audiences.
• Ensure assets and copy are tailored to specific platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine messaging for external audiences.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure copy complements the layout and aligns with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with SMEs and compliance to ensure accuracy and adherence to messaging.
• Stay open to feedback and revisions to improve message quality.
• Implement AI solutions to enhance creativity, efficiency, and output.
