Full-Time Senior Copywriter/Technical Writer

About us:Helpware is a technology-driven American company providing Customer Experience & Operational Support services. Our Marketing Team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Copywriter (IT outsourcing) to join the Helpware team. We seek a specialist responsible for all written communication at a native speaker level.

Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality content for landing pages, blog posts, whitepapers, and social media posts on topics like AI, LLMs, DLT, custom software development in pharma, health tech, and fintech industries.
• Develop compelling sales collateral materials (sales decks, case studies, gated content).
• Maintain best SEO practices.
• Proofread and edit all content.
• Ensure content accuracy and industry relevance.
• Forge synergies with marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Assist in developing outbound marketing campaigns.
• Stay alert to industry trends and customer insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level, C2 level a plus).
• Minimum 3 years experience in technical copywriting, or corporate communications for IT and tech companies.
• Experience in content creation for the US/UK market is essential.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools.
• Ability to analyze data and use it to inform content strategy.
