Explore opportunities with CPS Solutions, LLC. As a Senior Corporate Director of Pharmacy, you will be deployed to client sites across the U.S., traveling 100% of the time. You will act as a temporary Director of Pharmacy or Consultant in new and existing accounts, responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising operation activities in a pharmacy practice setting.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of new contracts
- Performing Pre-Joint Commission and Joint Commission visits
- Staffing current accounts
- Implementing operational pharmacy improvements
- Working on special projects
You will assist in recruitment and hiring, ensure legal and accreditation requirements are met, and enhance pharmacy performance. You will also work independently, handle challenges, set priorities, and foster a team environment.
Required Qualifications:
- B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
- Obtain/maintain 12+ state Pharmacy licenses
- 5+ years of recent hospital pharmacy management experience
- 3+ years hospital Pharmacist experience
- Experience at a Pharmacy Director level in 250-500 bed hospitals
- Proficiency with computer applications
- Ability to travel 100% of working hours
