Senior CRM Administrator
Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring it meets organizational needs.
Collaborate with product management and various departments to understand requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot CRM/supporting system issues.
Develop and implement CRM best practices and strategies to improve performance and user satisfaction.
Conduct system audits and data integrity checks to ensure CRM data accuracy.
Create and maintain documentation for CRM configurations, processes, and procedures.
Train and support end-users.
Responsibilities
- Support and configure Keypath's enterprise CRM and related systems.
- Optimize CRM workflows and processes to drive operational efficiencies.
- Enhance the student experience through effective CRM solutions and support.
- Troubleshoot CRM and supporting system issues.
- Develop and implement CRM best practices.
- Conduct regular system audits.
- Maintain CRM documentation.
- Train and support end-users.
- Critically evaluate information.
- Manage multiple initiatives.
Education: Bachelor's degree in technical field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 4+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
