We are seeking a Senior Customer Technology & Solutions Advisor (CTS) to join our Hospitality Technology team as part of a strategic transformation.
This is a newly created position aimed at strengthening Accor’s digital integration across its hotel portfolio.
The CTS Advisor will be the main point of contact for IT and technology topics.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technology liaison between hotels and internal/external partners.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle: budgeting, scheduling, implementation, and evaluation.
- Manage and update the technical inventory of hotel portfolios.
- Coordinate technical deployments with internal departments and local service providers.
- Advise hotels on adopting innovative solutions and improving operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with global IT standards and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical recommendations and support hotel development plans (1-3 year scope).
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Hospitality Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, or service delivery.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, OS, networks, and hotel-specific systems.
- Familiarity with project methodologies and best practices.
- Soft Skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Teamwork and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a regional language is desirable.
