Full-Time Senior Data Strategy Consultant - Pharma (EU based)

• As a Senior Data Strategy Consultant, partner with pharmaceutical clients to shape their data vision and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Lead maturity assessments, strategic roadmaps, and target operating models, aligning data capabilities with business goals and regulatory requirements.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct data maturity assessments.
• Define data ambition and business alignment.
• Develop strategic data roadmaps.
• Design and implement target operating models (TOMs).
• Support clients in investment planning and business case development.
• Advise on data monetization strategies.
• Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Collaborate with consulting teams.

• 6–10 years of experience in data strategy or consulting within pharma.
• Strong understanding of pharma industry dynamics and regulatory context.
• Proven ability to define data strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Experience with business case development.
• Familiarity with data governance, MDM, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Consulting experience highly preferred.
• Remote work possible, must be EU based.
