As a member of the Platform Engineering team, you'll contribute to the continuous improvement of our SaaS infrastructure, striving for DevOps excellence. You will work collaboratively and independently on complex projects to execute the infrastructure roadmap and promote DevOps best practices. Your role demands strong technical skills and precision in a global, multi-cloud environment (24/7/365), while maintaining positive working relationships.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and configure cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS).
- Improve communication, documentation, and resolution of operational incidents.
- Prioritize security and compliance.
- Reduce operational failures (improve MTTR and MTBF).
- Guide products to Production Readiness (scalability, observability, resiliency).
- Create, maintain, and operate CI/CD pipelines (product and infrastructure).
- Provide on-call support and troubleshoot issues.
Qualifications:
- Desire to improve product, technology, people, and process.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, Kanban, and Scrum.
- Significant commercial experience or Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Desired Qualifications:
- Programming experience (Python, PowerShell, C#).
- Strong server management skills (command-line proficiency).
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Packer, GitHub Actions).
- AWS, Linux, Windows Server expertise.
- Knowledge of internet concepts (TCP/IP, HTTP, databases, caching, load balancing).
