Senior Director, Finance Advanced Analytics/AI will help strengthen ServiceNow's Finance organization by driving innovation and advancing data-driven practices.
This role focuses on implementing AI-powered solutions to enhance financial decision-making, support ServiceNow's growth objectives, and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Helping Finance identify key trends and opportunities.
- Implementing AI solutions to enhance financial processes and deliver results.
- Harnessing data-driven insights to accelerate growth opportunities.
- Ensuring the success and impact of AI initiatives.
- Driving innovation by championing data-driven strategies.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Define and implement an analytics and AI strategy.
- Lead the design and deployment of AI tools.
- Improve forecast accuracy and optimize resource allocation.
- Analyze revenue trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Build and mentor a team of data scientists.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance standards.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability to design and implement Finance solutions.
- Strong ability to develop structured approaches to solve complex problems.
- Leading high-performance teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics.
- Expertise in statistical methods, predictive modeling.

Compensation: $225,000 - $405,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable compensation, and benefits.
