Full-Time Senior Director HEOR Biostatistics

Leads a wide range of HEOR biostatistics projects, including Indirect comparisons (e.g., NMA, MAIC), propensity score matching (PSM), RWE, clinical trial IPD analyses, Bayesian methods, and related HTA approaches.

Contributes to operational and business development: staffing, evaluations, hiring, capabilities presentations, and company strategy.

Manages a growing team of biostatisticians, delegating tasks, supervising staff, empowering team members, resolving issues, mentoring new hires, and conducting performance reviews.

Leads project strategy, scope, and proactively manages changes.

Develops proposals, leads client meetings, supports business development, and seeks client feedback.

Provides strategic leadership to the biostatistics team, including thought leadership initiatives, quality control, best practice development, and contributing to company direction and workload.

Participates in the hiring process and regular management meetings.

Expectations: Some travel may be required, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours/week, overtime and weekends possible.

Minimum Qualifications: MSc or PhD in a related field (biology, epidemiology, pharmacology, health economics, statistics), 8-10 years experience in health research, strong understanding of HEOR methods, proven track record in HEOR and evidence synthesis, strong problem-solving skills, proficient in R coding, and strong communication skills.

Additional Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office, team leadership, client interaction, and ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
