Full-Time Senior Electrical Estimator

• Lead electrical estimating and cost planning efforts.
• Estimate at conceptual, programming, and detailed levels.
• Conduct feasibility studies and contribute to procurement strategy reports.
• Manage all aspects of procurement.
• Support post-contract cost control.
• Perform cost checks and valuations on large-scale projects.
• Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports to clients.
• Provide input into value engineering and negotiate final accounts.
• Maintain strong client and consultant relationships.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior cost management staff.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for new business with existing clients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of cost management tools.
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams.
• Review and validate subcontractor bids and scopes.
• Analyze historical cost data and market trends.
• Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning.

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical estimating and cost consulting.
• Strong technical experience across all cost management phases.
• Proven ability to prepare large, complex electrical cost estimates.
• Industry experience across multiple sectors, especially data centers, high-tech, and manufacturing facilities.
• Hands-on construction experience with electrical systems is required.
• Experience working with electrical subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procurement methods and contract structures.
• Experience advising clients on value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing.
• Familiarity with local codes, standards, and permitting processes related to electrical systems.
• Business development experience and ability to identify growth opportunities.
