Turner & Townsend is seeking a skilled Senior Electrical Estimator for data center construction projects.
- Lead electrical estimating efforts for hyperscale data center projects.
- Develop detailed cost plans.
- Manage procurement, bid analysis, and contract documentation.
- Review subcontractor bids.
- Perform cost checks and change control.
- Produce monthly cost reports.
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams.
- Analyze cost data and market trends.
- Maintain client relationships.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate with design teams.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in electrical estimating and cost consulting.
- Experience in data center construction preferred.
- Hands-on construction experience with electrical systems.
- Strong technical expertise in cost management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam.
