Job Details
Job Title: Senior EUC Engineer
Role: Manage and maintain end-user devices across customer estates using Wavenet’s EUC toolsets.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining end user devices using Wavenet’s EUC management toolsets.
- Deploying Windows updates, OOB patches, applications, BIOS updates, and handling OSD tasks.
- Testing new software deployments, ensuring documentation is up to date.
- Monitoring and maintaining existing deployments.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Working closely with customer IT teams.
- Identifying and mitigating risks.
- Supporting incident resolution and service restoration.
- Driving continuous service improvement.
- Producing compliance reports and maintaining documentation standards.
- Supporting the business in achieving high CSAT and NPS.
- Contributing to Wavenet’s vendor partnership accreditations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/ConfigMgr).
- Experience with Operating System Deployments and In-Place OS upgrades.
- Familiarity with third-party software update catalogues.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Hands-on experience managing end user devices across multiple environments.
- Proficiency in using remote support tools and software.
- Incident, problem, and change management skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Understanding of OLAs, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Working knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- Security Clearance (SC) or eligibility to obtain.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Client-focused attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
