Accountabilities:
- Ensure responsibilities are conducted to time and quality expectations.
- Ensure understanding of and compliance to research processes.
- Support manager on day-to-day project execution.
- Demonstrate ownership of tasks and projects.
- Work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Ensure timely communication with partner divisions.
- Ensure materials to support teams are sent on schedule.
- Proactive communications during project lifecycle.
- Attend client presentations with the manager.
Role Expectations:
- 2-3 years relevant working experience.
- Experience in Market Research with quantitative research projects is a must.
- Experience in the telecom sector is good to have.
- Strong client focus & understanding of research techniques.
- Understanding of analysis tools and data interpretation, excellent numerical skills
- Analysis, report writing, presentation.
- Ability to draft questionnaires based on client brief.
- Write Analysis plan & develop charting templates.
- Effectively brief charting & tabulation teams.
- Checking the data tables and charts to spot errors.
- Drafting reports & commentaries.
- Ability to work seamlessly on MS Suite.
