Full-Time Senior Executive

Accountabilities:

• Ensure responsibilities are conducted to time and quality expectations.
• Ensure understanding of and compliance with Nielsen’s research processes and workflow.
• Support manager on day-to-day project execution (e.g., questionnaire design, link testing).
• Demonstrate full ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely communication with partner divisions to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Ensure materials are sent on schedule and checked for errors.
• Proactive communications during project lifecycle (e.g., status report updates, database issues).
• Attend client presentations with the manager as required.

Role Expectations:

• 2-3 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in Market Research with quantitative research projects is a must.
• Experience in the telecom sector is good to have.
• Strong client focus and understanding of research techniques.
• Understanding of analysis tools and data interpretation, excellent numerical skills.

Skills:

• Analysis, report writing, presentation.
• Ability to draft questionnaires based on client brief and proposal.
• Write Analysis plan & develop charting templates.
• Effectively brief charting & tabulation teams on the project requirements.
• Checking the data tables and charts to spot errors.
• Drafting reports & commentaries.
• Ability to work seamlessly on MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
