Full-Time Senior Finance Manager - Employer Services

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Finance Manager to join the Employer Services & Verification Solutions (ES & VS) finance team.

This role requires strong financial planning & analysis skills, and will act as a business partner to the operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with product management, marketing, and service & delivery teams to drive productivity and EBIT growth.
• Manage the P&L, achieve budgets, and manage financial processes (month-end/quarter-end close, annual budget, forecasts, strategic plan).
• Coordinate acquisition related finance integration activities.
• Drive an outside-in perspective by understanding and sharing the market landscape to accelerate business growth.
• Establish metrics to monitor investment effectiveness and advise on future spending.
• Collaborate across teams to achieve results, establish best practices, and promote accountability, integrity, and transparency.
• Experience leading improvement efforts in finance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or a similar role.
• People leadership experience.
• Experience distilling financial analyses for leadership teams.
• Role model for growth and promote continuous improvement.
• Highly collaborative, accountable, and experience partnering with the business to deliver significant financial outcomes.
• Working knowledge of GAAP or IFRS.
• Demonstrated track record of getting results, organizing, and prioritizing deadlines.
