Full-Time Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial decision support and is a trusted internal partner to the leadership and operation teams. They will also provide analysis to lead key decisions that align with company strategy.

• Provide regular management reports and forecast updates on expenses.
• Prepare month-end financial P&L reports using excel based financial models.
• Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and analysis of all Operating Expenses.
• Maintain general ledger accounts through various systems.
• Consolidate month-end financial reporting to update organizations Models.
• Partner with the broader Finance/Accounting teams to support the Company’s 13-week cash flow forecast.
• Provide variance analysis monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Partner with operations teams to prepare annual operating plans.
• Prepare materials for key cross-functional meetings to report results.
• Support a wide variety of business decisions with analyses and presentations.
• Provide support for ongoing ad hoc analysis.
• Supports special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• 3-5 years of experience
• Excellent analytical, financial and quantitative skills
• Proficient in excel and power point
• Knowledge of Oracle EPM and Essbase desirable
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient financial modeling skillset
• Highly detail-oriented, motivated self-starter with strong organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple complex tasks/projects and prioritize in a dynamic environment
