Full-Time Senior Financial Analyst

• Cultivate strong partnerships with business-unit FP&A teams across Cimpress.
• Act as a proactive and resourceful problem-solver.
• Analyze actual vs. budget/forecast variances.
• Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve and automate financial processes.
• Support the Corporate FP&A team's critical role in company-wide budgeting and forecasting.
• Drive ad-hoc analysis and projects in conjunction with the broader corporate FP&A team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or similar field.
• A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in a finance role, with at least 2-3 years in a dedicated FP&A role.
• A collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across different teams.
• Strong verbal and developing written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is required.
