We are seeking a highly analytical, curious and collaborative FP&A professional to join our Corporate Finance team. This role will be instrumental in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong modeling skills, business acumen, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to support executive decision-making.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long-Range Plan (LRP) and quarterly forecasts
- Perform internal variance analyses and competitive intelligence to deliver insights to senior leadership.
- Partner with business leadership to understand drivers of performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support and improve executive reporting, earnings preparation, board presentations, and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance financial models and dashboards for scenario planning and forecast reporting.
- Collaborate with Investor Relations, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Business Operations to ensure alignment across financial processes.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with planning tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, etc.) and research tools (e.g., Capital IQ, Visible Alpha)
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and other MSFT apps (e.g., Teams, Sharepoint, Powerpoint)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in competitive analysis and project management
- Experience in the technology industry a plus, with understanding of key business drivers.
- Familiarity with sell-side analysis a plus (i.e., an investor or equity research perspective.)
