Full-Time Senior Financial Analyst - Compensation

• Obtain, validate, and analyze financial data from various systems to ensure accuracy and completeness for physician compensation items as well as other various accounting responsibilities.
• Proactively identify and resolve items in collaboration with relevant departments as needed.
• Translate complex financial compensation distribution models into clear technical requirements and actionable insights for the various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and other departments as needed to evaluate new and existing physician relationships and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of policies and procedures to enhance compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation and responses for internal and external audits.
• Prepare regular reports and analyses for management review.
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Experience with SQL, including writing queries and reviewing or optimizing queries
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot table and data visualization
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
