Full-Time Senior FP&A Consultant

• Act as FP&A Lead in delivery projects.
• Collaborate on sales handovers.
• Design scalable, cost-effective customer solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor.
• Support project governance.
• Provide quality assurance across multiple FP&A implementations.
• Coach and mentor colleagues.
• Work with customer data teams for seamless data integration.
• Enable predictive analytics and scenario modeling.
• Implement agile planning processes.
• Help customers establish KPIs.
• Support cross-functional planning by aligning Finance with HR, Sales, and Operations stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Customer Success teams.
• Support ongoing customer success efforts.
• Conduct solution reviews and customer health checks.

• Stay current on emerging technologies and FP&A best practices.
• Contribute to internal product boards.
• Represent Unit4 at industry events.
• Maintain strong internal stakeholder engagement.

• Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale FP&A software implementations.
• Previous experience working for an FP&A consultancy vendor.
• Deep knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis principles and tools.
• Familiarity with formal project delivery methodologies.
• Strong business analysis capabilities.
• Commercial awareness.
• Influential leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Positive, proactive mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
