Full-Time Senior Grant Writer

Key Responsibilities: Craft compelling and persuasive grant proposals that effectively communicate the organization's mission, goals, and the impact of the proposed projects and that align with the relevant grant call's score criteria to achieve the highest possible evaluation score and secure new grant funding for the company.

Research, identify, and pursue grant opportunities that align with Crover's strategic priorities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and data to support grant submissions.

Monitor grant deadlines, reporting requirements, and compliance to ensure successful grant management.

Analyze grant outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance future grant-writing efforts.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in the grant-making landscape.

Requirements:

8+ years of proven experience in grant writing, with a track record of securing funding from various sources for organizations in the EU, US, and UK (please show us a portfolio of your achievements).

Advanced knowledge of grant submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and how to craft content to achieve the maximum possible score.

Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, concise, and compelling grant proposals.

Strong research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate grant opportunities.

Strong literature and market research skills to search, identify, and summarize key data in support of grant proposals.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Experience working with international teams and in global markets.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

Demonstrated eagerness to learn new skills and take on diverse tasks, fostering both personal and company growth.

Excellent project management skills to juggle multiple deadlines and deliverables.

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with the agri-tech, robotics, unmanned systems, space, and/or deep-tech industries, particularly in relation to funding opportunities in these industries.
