Full-Time Senior HR IT Specialist

KOSTAL is professionalizing its international HR function, especially by digitalizing processes and strategically implementing IT support tools. Some HR systems are future-ready, others are transforming, and some require initial setup. You'll play a key role in this program.

You will be comfortable working on operational incidents and service requests to get familiar with HR at KOSTAL, and help identify areas for improvement.

1. Support the HR IT team with operational incident and service requests in relevant HR systems.
2. Support HR IT in global transformation projects, like H4/S4 migration and HRIS suite implementation.
3. Ensure operational KPIs are achieved in these areas.
4. Document HR business processes for FAQs and KOSTAL's technical knowledge database.
5. Plan and coordinate system maintenance and testing.

Special Tasks/ Key challenges:

• Support HR project tasks as needed.
• Support the digital improvement journey of KOSTAL's international HR.

Education: University or college degree in IT or similar

Experience: 4+ years in HR Application Management within IT.

Technical/ IT knowledge:

• Experience in HRIS global transformation, including HRIS suite implementation, SAP H4/S4 migration, S4 Hana
• Experience in SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Fiori tiles for ESS
• Experience in IT processes (Ticketing, User support, Business KPIs)
• SSC experience is an advantage
• Confident user of standard office applications
• Familiarity with ABAP/C++/Python is an advantage
• HR related application knowledge (e.g., Cornerstone, Smartrecruiters) is an advantage

Language:

• Fluent English
• Hungarian is an advantage
