Full-Time Senior HRIS Application Engineer

About the Role: Mozilla IT is seeking a Senior HRIS Application Engineer to streamline HR experiences for Mozillians and boost their HRIS experts team. Develop, propose and implement Workday integrations, fixes, and enhancements. Support Workday in areas like absence module, tenant tuning, data integrity, and dashboard development. Evaluate business needs, improve current processes, and deploy scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits of system security, access, and permissions.
• Respond to critical requests, clarifying needs and expectations.
• Create and manage a catalog of reports and dashboards.
• Create audit processes and reports for compliance.
• Configure and enhance business processes, integrations, and system governance.
• Support HR system requests, from requirements gathering to implementation and training.
• Diagnose and resolve system problems.
• Act as the Workday SME for initiatives from the People Team and partners.
• Consult stakeholders on concepts, feasibility, and scope.
• Support release management, assessing readiness and impact on downstream systems.
• Maintain process documentation and manage change management.
• Assist with end-user training.
• Provide insightful feedback and anticipate needs.
• Maintain relationships with key business partners.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in implementing, enhancing, and supporting Workday Core HCM, modules, and multi-system integrations.
• Hands-on Workday HCM configuration and reporting experience.
• Workday Pro Certifications (HCM, Reporting, Integrations, Security). Workday Studio experience preferred.
• Experience with EIBs for BPs and third-party tools.
• 3+ years of Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System experience preferred.
• Strong data handling and integrity.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VBA).
• Flexibility and project adaptability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Teamwork and individual work capability.
