Full-Time Senior Information Security Architect

We are seeking an experienced, visionary Information Security Architect with a strong systems-level understanding of infrastructure, applications, and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture Design and Assessment: Develop comprehensive security architectures, design secure solutions for complex environments focusing on production quality and resource availability.
• Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expertise in network firewalls, intrusion detection, network segmentation, data protection, and other related solutions.
• Cybersecurity Representative: Partner with stakeholders, technical experts, and business leaders to support operational objectives, and design policies to safeguard against threats.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and communicate security concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Business Partnership: Engage with business units to understand security needs and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
• Security Solutioning: Evaluate business requirements, identify secure solutions, and ensure security measures align with strategic goals.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Security Standards and Best Practices: Develop and maintain security standards and documentation.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging security trends and enhance the security framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Information Security Architecture roles, focusing on systems-level understanding, cloud security, network security, endpoint security, and data loss prevention.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on business enablement and IP protection.
• Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are desirable.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with cloud security architecture, compliance standards, and regulations.
