Full-Time Senior Information Systems Auditor

Senior Information Systems Auditor / Supervisor will be responsible for providing independent, objective assurance and consulting on the Company’s Information Technology (IT) environment within Aboitiz Foods.

Evaluates and assesses the organization’s information technology systems, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, legal, and industry standards, and effective operation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop audit plans and programs to evaluate various information systems.
• Perform compliance and substantive tests to analyze and evaluate IT areas, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Document audit results and support findings.
• Prepare reports, memos, and presentations for management and the Audit Committee.
• Provide timely updates on audit progress and escalate issues.
• Discuss audit observations with management for feedback, action plans, and implementation dates.
• Develop and maintain business partner relationships with auditees.
• Monitor and follow up on management action plans.
• Support external auditors, ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain proficiency through industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory updates.
• Participate in internal control projects across all operations.
• Manage and support outsource/co-source parties.
• Participate in company programs (quality, safety, security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management).
• Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate superior.
• Cascade relevant learning or perform training for team knowledge sharing.
• Help prepare audit committee reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications (CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Audit) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information systems auditing.
• Knowledge/experience in IT infrastructure, applications, databases, OT devices, ERP systems (SAP, Infor M3).
• Understanding of information security, network architecture, network security risks, and strong technical background.
• Experience conducting audits in food manufacturing or feed milling industry.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST).
• Excellent communication and time/project management skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel within Asia.
• Strong personality to deal with stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
