Full-Time Senior Information Systems Auditor

Senior Information Systems Auditor / Supervisor will provide independent, objective assurance and consulting on the Company’s Information Technology (IT) environment.

Evaluates and assesses IT systems, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and industry standards, and effective/efficient operation.

Reports to the Group Information Systems Audit Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Develop audit plans & programs to evaluate various information systems, ensuring data integrity, asset safeguarding, and efficient transaction processing.
2. Perform compliance & substantive tests to analyze IT areas and identify improvement opportunities.
3. Document audit results to support findings.
4. Prepare reports, memos, and presentations for management & Audit Committee.
5. Provide timely updates on audit progress, escalating issues as needed.
6. Discuss audit observations & recommendations with management for feedback and action plans.
7. Develop/maintain business partner relationships with auditees to evaluate/recommend improvements in information systems controls and productivity.
8. Monitor and follow up on management action plans to ensure implementation.
9. Support external auditors for timely audit completion (when needed).
10. Maintain proficiency by staying updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, & regulatory requirements.
11. Participate in internal control projects (where necessary).
12. Manage/support outsourced/co-sourced parties for timely project completion.
13. Actively participate in company programs related to quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management, etc.
14. Perform other tasks as assigned.
15. Cascade relevant learning or perform training to share knowledge.
16. Help prepare audit committee reports & fulfill reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or ISO 27001 Lead Audit certification (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in information systems auditing.
• Knowledge/experience in IT infrastructure, applications, databases, Operational Technology (OT) devices, ERP systems (SAP, Infor M3), cloud security, architecture, and deployment, Google workspace, Windows & SQL servers, Active Directory.
• Understanding of information security, network architecture, network security & risks.
• Proven experience auditing in the food manufacturing or feed milling industry.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST).
• Excellent communication, time/project management, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel within Asia.
• Strong personality, ability to deal with stakeholders, eagerness to learn.
