Full-Time Senior Integrations Specialist

1. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of solutions for prospective customers
2. Use SQL and/or other data analysis tools to pull, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, ensuring accurate and actionable insights are delivered to clients.
3. Work with large datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities for clients to gain competitive advantages.
4. Collaborate with internal data scientists and product teams to enhance the delivery and presentation of data insights.
5. Work with data vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring seamless data ingestion and integration into the platform.
6. Evaluate vendor performance and ensure the quality and timeliness of data feeds meet the company’s standards and client expectations.
7. Liaise between customers, sales, data science, engineering, and product teams to ensure smooth communication and the successful execution of customer initiatives
8. Proactively lead the effort to resolve escalated technical issues and provide solutions.

• Pricing or revenue management experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical support or related role, ideally in the data analytics or competitive intelligence space
• Strong knowledge of SQL and/or the ability to query databases and manipulate datasets for analysis.
• Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools (Quicksight) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain client relationships, providing outstanding customer service and driving client success.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, non-technical manner to clients and stakeholders.
• Experience managing vendor and partner relationships in a data-driven or technical environment.
