CyberArk seeks a team player to join the IT Go-To-Market Business Applications group. This role supports marketing technologies and cross-functional advanced technological solutions as a system architect, responsible for integrated Marketing solutions. Collaboration with Marketing Operations and broader IT teams is key.

Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with Marketing stakeholders to position IT as a trusted partner.
- Understand Marketing strategic objectives and business needs.
- Lead design sessions, translating Marketing requirements into functional & technical designs, focusing on a secure, consistent, and scalable technology stack.
- Lead complex, end-to-end (E2E) cross-projects affecting enterprise processes.
- Develop a clear view of Marketing data flows across systems and share insights with business & IT stakeholders, influencing decisions about technology purchases and system management.
- Identify process and system simplification opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT groups (Information Security, BI, etc.) on cross-functional projects.
- Lead the evaluation of third-party solutions through discovery, proof-of-concept (PoC), legal, and security processes.
- Drive technology standardization, process innovation, and system simplification.
- Review platform health and usage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, IT, engineering, or operations.
- 7+ years experience architecting, analyzing, defining, and implementing business application solutions in a multi-platform B2B Marketing environment.
- Deep experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and other top marketing tools.
- Experience with ABM tools (Demandbase, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Experience with SDR tools (Drift, Outreach, etc.).
- Strong customer relationship, partner management, and client engagement skills.
- Excellent project management skills for leading or supporting complex projects and analysis.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines accurately and independently.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment; comfort with global teams.
- Excellent presentation, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills.
