Included Health is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to join our Digital Workplace Engineering team. You will be a partner in the design, implementation, and management of our identity systems portfolio. You will work with IT peers and partner teams.
Responsibilities:
- Partner across the organization to resolve IT system issues.
- Manage critical systems and SaaS applications like Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Implement SSO integrations with Okta.
- Enhance IaC landscape with Okta Terraform.
- Resolve inefficiencies through automation.
- Implement security improvements.
- Create internal and external documentation.
- Partner with security and compliance teams.
- Mentor IT support team members.
- Lead complex projects.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS applications.
- Experience building integrations and automations through API/SDK/CLI.
- Experience with Terraform.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a high-growth company is a plus.
