About your tasks: Create high availability, scalable applications and RESTful APIs, serving approximately 60k requests/minute. Play a key role in developing new functionalities and real-time engines for customers. Develop high-quality software using a test-driven approach, prioritizing safety and privacy. Test software with unit & integration tests, performance testing, and logging/metrics (Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic APM). Contribute to how users view, inform themselves, and purchase medication/health/beauty/wellness items. Optimize existing and develop new backend functionalities to improve e-pharmacy service. Own code, ship, and monitor software in production.
About you: Have relevant senior commercial experience building Java Services (e.g., Spring Boot). Experienced in creating and consuming RESTful APIs at scale, ensuring they are user-friendly and well-documented. Proficient with Docker and ideally have Kubernetes production experience. Value high-quality, tested, maintainable, and high-performing code. Think strategically, take responsibility for decision-making, propose concepts, and engage constructively with others. Experienced in agile and lean environments, willing to challenge and improve processes.
