Job Details
We are looking for a Senior Lead, Master Data & Quality. You will be responsible for ensuring that core data assets are accurate, consistent, and trusted across systems. You will partner with BI & Analytics, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to define master data standards, implement quality rules, and monitor data health.
Responsibilities:
- Define and enforce master data standards
- Develop and implement data quality rules
- Partner with BI & Analytics
- Collaborate with Data Engineering
- Work with business stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies
- Serve as the primary operator for data quality and MDM capabilities
- Provide recommendations on improving data trust
- Educate stakeholders on the impact of data quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in data-related functions
- 5+ years of direct experience in data management, MDM, or data quality functions
- Experience with data quality tools, MDM platforms, and data governance tools
- Strong SQL/ETL proficiency
- Understanding of telecommunication or fiber industry data domains
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with cloud data platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Hands-on familiarity with BigQuery and its integration with data governance tools
