Join our team as a Senior Manager, where you'll lead efforts to secure and maintain regulatory approvals.
What You’ll Do:
- Regulatory Leadership: Lead approval processes, serve as liaison, and oversee documentation.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with campus presidents, guide curriculum, and collaborate on compliance.
- Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure timely resolution of issues and support accreditation efforts.
- Talent & Program Support: Evaluate staff, establish advisory committees, and contribute to policy development.
- Leadership & Representation: Represent the institution, provide budget recommendations, and support data collection.

Requirements:
- Master's Degree in nursing required, PhD preferred.
- Five years of teaching/management experience in higher education.
- Experience with assessment, accreditation, and regulatory approval processes.
- Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%-30%.
