About the role Lead the Corporate Finance & Strategy function, partnering with People Ops and Recruiting to achieve financial goals. Lead the annual budgeting process, create long-term financial forecasts, and lead monthly/quarterly forecasting and reporting. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis for strategic decisions. This role is open to candidates residing in the US.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial forecasts aligned with corporate strategy.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
- Own the corporate planning calendar, communicating timelines and expectations to stakeholders.
- Develop driver-based forecasts for global expenses.
- Create and deliver monthly forecast and reporting packages to the Executive Team and Board.
- Collaborate with F&S systems to implement financial planning tools.
- Serve as financial business partner for People Ops and Recruiting.
- Develop scalable processes for enhanced financial visibility, control, and planning.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting.
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years Finance, Accounting, or Investment Banking experience
- 5+ years Strategic Finance / FP&A experience
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Proven financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Experience using tools like NetSuite, Workday, and Adaptive Planning
- Bachelor's degree
