Job Details

Role:Seeking an enthusiastic storyteller, content creator, and business strategist for our customer marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer testimonial content creation and development for customer service workflows, supporting marketing and sales.
  • Build strong customer communities and strategic relationships with executive spokespeople.
  • Develop clear strategies to support business needs, leveraging Gen AI.
  • Increase brand awareness and enable sales team to close deals faster by providing impactful customer testimonials.
  • Advocate for customer interests and align with internal stakeholders on business strategies.
  • Develop strategic alignment with various teams (sales, solutions consulting, marketing, product marketing, communications).
  • Recruit and engage customers for the customer advocacy program.
  • Oversee the end-to-end customer content creation process, including story identification, interviewing, and producing written, audio, and video success stories.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Marketing team to develop customer stories globally.
  • Ensure delivery against program KPIs (publishing targeted stories, keynote speakers, PR/AR coverage, references).
  • Provide monthly/quarterly/year-end reporting on accomplishments.
  • Train and leverage agencies for consistency and quality.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in IT and cloud industries in customer advocacy, customer reference, or customer-facing marketing, including 5+ years leading a team.
  • Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes.
  • Passion for the positive impact of technology.
  • 10-15+ years of experience in IT and cloud industries in consulting, customer advocacy, product marketing, customer success, value realization, content development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Proven success delivering impactful written, video, audio, and event content.
  • Strong Americas market knowledge and experience in SaaS/Enterprise Software.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and departments.
  • Excellent creative problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and presentation skills at all levels.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel periodically.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
