About the Role: Senior Manager of Data & Analytics will manage a data team and build data foundations for growth. Key responsibilities include evolving data practices, implementing data pipelines, reporting change management, and coordinating with other teams.
Responsibilities:
- Evolve data practice and build strong data foundations.
- Manage a team of data specialists.
- Introduce modern data technology stacks and data governance.
- Implement and manage medallion data pipelines.
- Support contextualization of AI/LLM applications.
- Manage vendor selection and procurement.
- Coach and mentor team members.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of data architecture and engineering.
- Practical experience in building KPI frameworks and change management.
- Proven experience building and leading data analytics teams.
- Understanding of Revenue Technology Stacks (CDP, CRM, DWH).
- Familiarity with LLM, MCP, and RAG/Vector Stores.
- FinTech startup experience (HR Tech, Payroll, or Benefits preferred)
