We are seeking a Senior Manager Data Science (MMM) to join our dynamic team in Columbia, United States. In this pivotal role, you will lead our data science efforts focused on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing marketing strategies for our organization and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced Marketing Mix Models to analyze the effectiveness of various marketing channels and campaigns
- Lead a team of data scientists, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions and actionable insights
- Design and execute complex data analysis projects, leveraging big data technologies and cloud computing platforms
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and marketing analytics
- Drive the adoption of data-driven methodologies across the organization to enhance marketing ROI and business performance
- Establish best practices for data quality, model validation, and performance measurement
Requirements:
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- 5- 7+ years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on marketing analytics and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
- Proven expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, consumer behavior, and media planning
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring data science teams
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to translate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful data-driven insights to inform business strategies
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred
- Relevant certifications in data science or marketing analytics (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional) are a plus
Salary: $140,000 - $185,000 (dependent on experience)
